The World Dance Artists-in-Residence Program is a once-a-year semester-long joint residency project and collaboration between University of Florida and New World School of the Arts Dance Division with visiting World Dance artist-in-residence culminating in two African Dance Celebration performances, one in Miami and one in Gainesville. This program gives students and community members the opportunity to work directly with performing artists and musicians fromaround the world.
