MIAMI – Sixty New World School of the Arts Concert Choir students will sing at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, during a special Presidential Inauguration Celebration. To welcome the new administration, Concert Choir Director Albert Clark, will lead his students as they interpret popular patriotic tunes including the "Star Spangled Banner", The Battle Hymn of the Republic", and "God Bless America".

The Presidential Inauguration Celebration, which will take place on January 20 from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm, will feature a live simulcast of the inauguration from the steps of the U.S. Capitol on an oversized projection screen. The festivities include, music, and guest appearances by local government officials. Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Alvarez and other community leaders will deliver welcoming remarks prior to President Obama’s oath of office and inaugural address.
