Art and Technology

The BFA emphasis in Art and Technology in the Visual Arts division of New World School of the Arts integrates contemporary art and technology. The course curriculum prepares students for fields in emergent technologies in film, television, digital media, and fine arts through the investigation of contemporary media. Coursework is offered in motion design, 2D animation, 3D modelling and animation, experimental video, installation and performance art, digital photography, narrative film making, interactive media and hypermedia (web art). A major emphasis is placed on concept, creativity and innovation in both the fine and applied arts.
