Maria M. Flores
A marketing professional with over three decades of experience in the dynamically evolving South Florida marketplace, Maria is fully versed in the intricacies of both the English and Hispanic business landscape. Maria has led the Marketing and Communications department of NWSA since 2006. She has dedicated much of her business career to the field of advertising, working for ad agencies such as Ryder & Schield Advertising, The IAC Group, DRS Advertising at Harris & Drury, and others, in roles including account services, creative design, brand development, production supervision, and media buying. Prior to NWSA, Maria held the position of Promotions Manager for El Nuevo Herald /The Miami Herald. She holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from De Paul University in Chicago.
